Clifton Nursing Home is located in the peaceful rural town of Clifton about 45 minutes from both Toowoomba and Warwick. Clifton Community Health Services is a non-profit community service for residents of Clifton and surrounding areas. Since Clifton Nursing Home's inception, the facility has been continuously recognized for its commitment to providing the community with the highest level of quality care and attention to individual needs.
Clifton Nursing Home's services and facilities are based on the simple principle: quality and choice of care. We are committed to providing a diverse range of quality services and choices that respond to the individual physical, emotional and cultural needs of older people. Accommodation features shared and single rooms some with ensuite bathrooms.
The nursing home has several wings including a memory support unity “Sunflower House”. We have small and intimate cafe-style dining rooms, courtyards, and landscaped grounds. Attractive private lounge and sitting areas are available for residents to entertain visitors.
